At Impact, we believe every young person deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

As a mum myself, I built Impact to be the kind of place I would want to send my own children — somewhere they feel valued, understood, and inspired. Our focus is on creating a happy, supportive setting where young people are encouraged to explore their interests, develop new skills, and build confidence for the future.

We understand that every learner is unique. That’s why our approach combines vocational skills and life skills alongside essential subjects like Maths and English. By offering a variety of opportunities, from boxing and mechanics to fashion design and photography, we give our students the chance to discover their passions while preparing them for adulthood.

Impact provides education for young people aged 11–16, as well as post-16 vocational placements, ensuring a smooth transition into further education, training, or employment. Our aim is to give every student the best possible start in life, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed both personally and professionally.

Most importantly, Impact is a happy place — full of energy, creativity, and care. We are proud of the strong relationships we build with our students and their families, and we are dedicated to making a real difference in their lives.
